The first match of the Play-Off will be on Tuesday, March 18 in Usak, with the return leg taking place on March 21 in Sakarya. In the match-up where the team that wins two games will advance to the Play-Off final group, in case of a tie in the series, the third and final match will be played on March 24 in Usak.
